The candidate said his political message is simple, "Keep Iowa strong with a common-sense approach to government."
Price also said he:
• Believes our youth are the answers to the future growth of District 1 and the state. • Wants to partner with area leaders to expand school to work programs. • Wants to keep Iowa's education system one of the best in the nation.
• Hopes to continue the work on water quality issues in Iowa. • Will fight to keep taxes low while maintaining a balanced state budget. • Wants to keep tourism alive and growing in the area. • Is committed to keep farms in the family through inheritance or viable purchase options.
"I have invested my entire life here and intend to use these experiences to help others," Price said. "There is no better place to call home, and I want to make sure our youth and future leaders have those same opportunities. To the residents of Clay, Dickinson, Lyon, Osceola and Palo Alto Counties, I will do my best to keep Iowa strong and bring a common sense approach to our government. "
