Premier Communications held its groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday, May 15, to celebrate the start of a new building project in Okoboji. The new office and retail facility, according to company CEO Ryan Boon, will provide an opportunity to create a more personal presence in the Iowa Great Lakes region.
