The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office said a teenager was killed Sunday afternoon after a UTV collided with a tree. Authorities said a 14-year old was driving a 2012 Polaris Ranger 800 south along Basswood Lane — a rural road on the east side of East Lake Okoboji near the Arthur Heights neighborhood — with a 15-year-old passenger.
