Chaz Michael Berge, age 22, of Estherville was charged with speeding, failure to obey a stop or yield sign and careless driving at approximately 2:43 p.m. Tuesday, May 23 in the area of Erie Avenue in Spirit Lake. A separate criminal complaint also charged Berge with interference with official acts at approximately 3:05 p.m. that day, specifying the 22-year-old refused to exit his vehicle.
