Marijuana bust outside local sandwich shop
A Dickinson County Sheriff's Deputy cited two men on drug-related charges as he approached a Spirit Lake eatery. The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office said the deputy smelled a strong odor of burnt marijuana coming from a vehicle as he was walking toward the local Subway around 7:24 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6. The deputy observed two men inside the vehicle, who were later identified as 18-year-old Cameron Bebon of Hull and 28-year-old Logan Robideau of Sheldon. Further investigation found marijuana in the vehicle, and the pair re arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The Spirit Lake Police Department assisted on scene.
Trenton Wray Braby, age 36, was booked into the Dickinson County Jail at 11:12 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, on charges of third-degree harassment.
Brett Thomas Halland, age 32, was booked into the Dickinson County Jail at 10:08 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, on a court order.
Anthony John Knapp, age 33, was booked into the Dickinson County Jail at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, on charges of driving while barred and failure to provide proof of insurance. He was held for another agency.
Ryan Joe Lupkes, age 45, was booked into the Dickinson County Jail at 8:53 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, on charges of fourth-degree theft.
Timothy John Card, age 38, was booked into the Dickinson County Jail at 2:52 a.m. Friday, Dec. 21, on charges of manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine to a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $25,000.
All people listed may face charges and should be presumed innocent until their case is reviewed through the legal process.
