2017 SPORTS YEAR IN REVIEW

This past year was yet another in a long line of memorable moments for Dickinson County sports-lovers.

A trio of area wrestlers got the year started with podium appearances at the high school state wrestling tournament. Tennis and softball teams continued their streak of conference titles. A longtime softball coach handed over the reigns. And a football team expected to challenge for a state title came away from the season with something far more valuable than a hunk of wood and metal.
