Here at Spirit Lake Middle and Elementary schools, we have two main fall fundraisers. The middle school's magazine sales fundraiser will run Sept. 3-17. The elementary school's Innisbrook (wrapping paper and gifts) fundraiser will run Sept. 16-30.
With the money we raised last year, we were able to provide the middle school with a new sound system for the gym, 52 new student lockers, new video cameras, the funding of several guest speakers and assemblies; honors band student trips, student council needs, student incentive programs, classroom, art, band, music, and PE supplies; various field trips, new books for the library, accelerated reader on-line program, football pants, computer books and many other items. For the elementary school we were able to fund the resurfacing of the big playground, the accelerated reader on-line program, various field trips and guest speakers, classroom supplies, new books for the library, literacy work stations, Reading Recovery materials, swim lessons, art supplies, Special Ed classroom supplies, educational tools for Developmental Preschool, digital cameras and many other items.
So, when you hear that little knock on your door asking for you to support our school fundraisers, please know that your money is well spent and that every dime goes back to our schools and our kids!
Thank you in advance for supporting our students and schools again this year! We greatly appreciate it! We couldn't do it without you!
Thank You!
