Andrew Beresford, 40, of Spirit Lake was charged in a tobacco compliance check as an employee selling tobacco to a minor at 6:52 p.m. June 8.

Phedra Henderson, 25, of Spirit Lake was charged in a tobacco compliance check as an employee selling tobacco to a minor at 6:52 p.m. June 8.

Korey Rogne, 18, of Spirit Lake, was charged with harassment at 8:45 p.m. June 9.

Seth Bird, 19, of Emmetsburg was charged with public intoxication at 11:44 p.m. June 11.

Leah Anderson, 40, of Spencer, was charged with OWI, improper use of turn signal and child endangerment at 10:52 p.m. June 13.

Peter Dennis, 19, of Spirit Lake was charged with theft in the fifth degree at 8:36 p.m. June 16.

Jordan Marrow, 28, of Spirit Lake was charged with OWI and operating without registration at 1:11 a.m. June 17.

Jenny Clausen, 28, of Milford was charged with OWI at 2:06 p.m. June 18.

Michael Brandt, 48, of Spirit Lake, was charged with domestic abuse/assault and interference with official acts at 11:49 p.m. June 18.

Criminal charges are merely an accusation and the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
