Blood left at Terril vandalism site assists in arrest

After several reports of early morning vandalism on April 17 in Terril, the Dickinson County Sheriff's Department was able to arrest Joshua D. Link, 21 of Terril in connection with the crimes. Link was charged after a blood sample left at one of the scenes was sent into the state crime lab, a release by the sheriff's office says. Link is also being charged in connection to April 17 reports of "an intoxicated individual claiming to be a Dickinson County Sheriff's Deputy." He was booked into the Dickinson County Jail on three counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a Serious Misdemeanor; and impersonating a public official, an Aggravated Misdemeanor.
