Davis-Jordan engagement announced

Marian Davis of London, Ky., and Pam and Mike Jordan of Spirit Lake, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Katherine Elizabeth Davis and Robert Patrick Jordan.

The bride-to-be has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Louisville, with a major in Art History, and minor in Political Science. She works for Hitt Hiller Monfils Williams LLP of Portland, Ore. Robert is a 2004 graduate of Spirit Lake High School and has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa with majors in Finance and Real Estate. Robert is a financial analyst for NBS Real Estate Capital, Portland, Ore.

The prospective groom's grandparents are the late Helen and Emmet Jordan of Arnolds Park and the late Irene and Paul Goeb of Cherokee. A June 5, 2010 wedding is planned at The Old Church in Portland, Ore.
