Todd Fine, 33, of Spirit Lake was arrested for OWI at 11:09 p.m. Jan. 20.

Christopher Murray, ,29, of Spirit Lake, was arrested for domestic assault and willful injury (Class D) at 10:34 p.m. Feb. 4.

David Moore, 29, of Spirit Lake, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia and failure to obey a stop sign at 7:20 p.m. Feb. 4.

Sonnya Richardson, 18, of Estherville, was arrested for no insurance and open container and cited for no seat belt at 3 p.m. Feb. 5.

Roberto Benavides, 40, of Spirit Lake, was arrested for domestic assault/abuse, child endangerment and criminal mischief at 12:50 p.m. Feb. 6.

Lisa Kaminska, 48, of Spirit Lake was arrested for OWI at 1:42 a.m. Feb. 6.

John Seisco, 45, of Mallard was arrested for public intoxication at 2:19 a.m. Feb. 10.

Tammy Mares, 41, of Spirit Lake was arrested on a warrant at 5 p.m. Feb. 10.

Jane Caviness, 48, of Milford was arrested on a warrant at 2:15 p.m. Feb. 12.

Patrick Moffit, 24, of Estherville was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia, and no insurance at 10:14 p.m. Feb. 12.

Criminal charges are merely an accusation and the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
