Ryan Petersen, 27, of Spirit Lake was arrested for domestic abuse, possession of an illegal substance, marijuana (second offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, and child endangerment at 10:57 a.m. Dec. 23.

Lacey Lundberg, 22, of Spirit Lake, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegal substance, marijuana, and child endangerment at 10:57 a.m. Dec. 23.

Kenneth Scott, 46, of Spirit Lake was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment at 12:10 a.m. on Dec. 18.

Richelle Evans, 41, of Spirit Lake, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:10 a.m. Dec. .18.

Darrin Kruse, 43, of Spirit Lake was arrested for OWI (second offense) and cited for speeding and failure to signal on Dec. 19.

Kyle Englund, 28, of Spirit Lake was cited for a barking dog at 9:44 a.m. on Dec. 21.

Brandon Peters, 20, of Hartley, was arrested for OWI (first offense) and cited for speeding at 2:34 a.m. Dec. 20.

Nicholas Wheeler, 23, of Lakefield, Minn., was arrested for driving while suspended and cited for speeding at 7:20 p.m. Dec. 17.

Timothy Myers, 56, of Spirit Lake, was arrested on a warrant at 9:44 a.m. Dec. 19.

Wesley Leach, 20, of Armstrong was arrested for possession under legal age at 12:20 a.m. Dec. 20.

Criminal charges are merely an accusation and the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
