Sirens 11/25/09

The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office arrested Johnathen Dreu Barber, 22, of rural Spirit Lake on Nov. 11, 2009. Barber was arrested by a Sheriff's Deputy in the 900 Block of Okoboji Ave in Milford for Public Intoxication and found to be in possession of controlled substances. Barber was booked into the Dickinson County Jail on charges of public intoxication,possession of a controlled substance - to wit: Methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance - to wit: Psilocybin mushrooms, possession of drug paraphernalia and Interference with official acts

Kaymie Loerch, 20,of Milford was arrested for theft in the fifth degree at 5:45 p.m. Nov. 11.

Daniel Howard IV, 33, of Cleburne, Tex. was arrested for OWI, fourth offense, and cited for speeding and no driver's license at 2:09 a.m. Nov. 12.

Jared Wolthius, 20, of Spencer was arrested for public intox at 5:15 a.m. Nov. 14.

Gram Johnston, 33, of Spirit Lake was arrested on a search warrant and cited for a loud muffler at 9:23 a.m. Nov. 15.

James Knighten, 20, of Spirit Lake was arrested for public intox and criminal mischief at 12:14 p.m. Nov. 16.

Jude Tarbox, 48, of Fort Dodge was arrested for OWI, first offense, and cited for no insurance and no turn signal at 12:43 a.m. Nov. 22.

All persons are innocent until proven guilty.
