Dustin Lowe, 18, of Spirit Lake, was arrested for theft in the fifth degree at 1:05 p.m. on Oct. 19.

Shana Anderson, 30, of Spirit Lake, was arrested for unlawful use of drivers license and driving while suspended and cited for expired plates at 8:19 a.m. Oct. 20.

Dennis Kadera, 62, of Spirit Lake, was arrested for public intoxication at 7:48 p.m. on Oct. 23.

Thomas Harding, 38, of Las Cruces, N.M., was arrested for OWI, first offense and disorderly contact at 2:21 p.m. on Oct. 23.

Timothy Greenwood, 22, of Fayetteville, Tenn., was arrested for criminal mischief at 9:46 p.m. on Oct. 24.

Terry Cook, 58, of Spirit Lake, was arrested for driving while suspended and cited for speeding and no insurance at 8:19 a.m. Oct. 24.

Devin Moon, 24, of Spirit Lake was arrested for public intoxication at 1:30 a.m. Oct. 24.

Lindsay Metcalf, 24, of Spencer was arrested for OWI and cited for expired driver's license and speeding at 2:26 a.m. Oct. 25.

Steven Husabee, 22, of Spirit Lake, was arrested on warrants at 10:48 a.m. Oct. 27.

Kirk Crosby, 37, of Spirit Lake, was arrested on an executive warrant at 9:17 a.m. Oct. 30.

Brandon Bucholz, 33, of Terril, was arrested for domestic assault and criminal mischief at 3:10 a.m. Oct. 31.

Shaun Fox, 18, of Spirit Lake, was arrested for public intoxication and possession under legal age at 7:40 p.m. on Oct. 31.

Clinton Brumley, 38, of Spirit Lake was arrested for OWI, first offense, at 10:39 a.m. Oct. 31.

Spencer Roland, 22, of Yucca Valley, Calif., was arrested for OWI, first offense, and cited for speeding and improper turn at 2:33 a.m. Nov. 1.

Bruce Schuett, 56, of Spirit Lake, was arrested for public intoxication, sixth offense, at 1:10 a.m. Nov. 1.

Shaun Fox, 18, of Spirit Lake, was arrested for theft, public intoxication and interference with official acts at 12:57 a.m. Nov. 3.
