Stockdale, Synhorst unite in marriage

Rebecca Jean Synhorst and Owen Benton Stockdale were married on Sunday, Sept. 6 at the Presbyterian Church in Spirit Lake.

Rebecca is the daughter of Debbie Synhorst of West Des Moines and Dr. John Synhorst of Spirit Lake. Owen is the son of Ned and Joanne Stockdale of Spirit Lake.

Rebecca is a graduate of University of Kansas with a BS degree in Journalism and is now director of a Montessori School in Minneapolis.

Owen is a graduate of Princeton University and received his Master's from Harvard Business School. He works as a consultant for McKinsey and Company.

The couple now resides in Edina, Minn.

They honeymooned in Greece.
