Spirit Lake arrests:

* Alejandro Cardenas-Arreda, 36, of Des Moines was arrested for interference with official acts at 8:11 p.m. Aug. 5.

* Sabino Castruita-Carerra, 28, of Des Moines was arrested for no driver's license, no insurance, a defective exhaust and obstruction of view at 8:11 p.m. Aug. 5.

* Pamela Sue Haburn, 40, of Spirit Lake was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at 1:05 a.m. Aug. 7.

* Elizabeth Jane Abbey, 19, of Prairie Village, Kan. was arrested for OWI, possession of a controlled substance - marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance at 2:34 a.m. Aug. 7.

* Joshua Steven Lundgren, 19, of Estherville was arrested for possession of a controlled substance - marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 6:40 p.m. Aug. 7.

* Tara Sue Nighswonger, 26, of Terril was arrested for OWI and improper use of lane at 12:32 a.m. Aug. 9.

* Cody Lee John Taylor, 24, address unknown was arrested for violation of a no contact order and reckless driving at 1:02 p.m. Aug. 10.

* Leslie Joann Sargent, 50, of Milford was arrested for OWI and no insurance at 9:20 p.m. Aug. 10.

All persons are innocent until proven guilty.
