* Reid E. Chaplin, 21, of Spirit Lake was arrested for disorderly conduct at 9:09 p.m. July 12.

* Joshua Lane Parsons, 28, of Terril was arrested for driving while suspended and no insurance and was cited for a cracked windshield at 5:56 p.m. July 20.

* Dennis Dean Kadera, 62, of Spirit Lake was arrested for driving while suspended and no insurance at 9:01 p.m. July 20.

* Jane Anne Blum, 47, of Spirit Lake was arrested for OWI - second offense and no insurance at 12:38 a.m. July 22.

* Brenda Sue Clifford, 46, of Spirit Lake was arrested public intoxication at 2:52 a.m. July 22.

* Jeremy Dale Lueders, 25, of Lake Park was arrested for driving while suspended and no insurance and was cited for obstruction of view at 8:02 p.m. July 22.

* Brian J. Galbraith, 26, of Lansing, Ill. was arrested for OWI and no insurance and cited for speeding at 2:15 a.m. July 23.

* Brett L. Struve, 26, of Milford was arrested for public intoxication and open container at 1:50 a.m. July 27.

* Nicholas Arron Moriston, 29, of Spirit Lake was arrested for driving while revoked and no insurance and cited for expired plates and a seatbelt violation at 3:36 p.m. July 29.
