Jack William Schmidt

June 19, 1930 - July 19, 2009

Funeral services were held recently for Jack William Schmidt, 79, who passed away suddenly on July 19, 2009 at his home in Kittitas, Wash.

Jack was born June 19, 1930 to William and Vivian Schmidt in Lake Park. His early years were spent in the Lake Park area and he attended college at the University of Iowa before moving to California and eventually Washington state.

Jack was married to Nadean (Fabricius) Schmidt for 52 years. He lived in Kittitas Valley in Washington for 37 years operating the Jumping Jack Ranch and owning a television sales and repair shop. Jack loved his family, his many friends, his ranch, and traveling the country in their RV.

Jack was proceeded in death by his parents William and Vivian Schmidt.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nadean; daughter Gina Johnson and her husband Todd and of Tillamook, Ore.; son's Eric and his wife Michele of Moses Lake, Wash. and Martin and his wife Mary of Lake Stevens, Wash. and several grandchildren.
