Leslie Dee Edwards

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10 at the Milford Cemetery for Leslie Dee Edwards, 56, who passed away July 18, 2009.

Rev. Karl Whiteman will officiate.

She was the daughter of Charles and DeLores (Twist) Edwards, the granddaughter of Robert and Mae Twist of Milford and the niece of Helen (Twist) Carr.

Leslie was born on May 28,1953 in Mason City. Leslie graduated with a B.A. degree from Stephens College in Columbia, Mo., a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo. and a PhD in Science Education from C.U. in Boulder, Colo. She is survived by her parents and her brother Timothy.
