* John Michael Elbert, 23, of Fairmont, Minn. was arrested for possession of a controlled substance - marijuana at 6:20 p.m. May 1.

* Alfred Libby Klein, III, 23, of Dunnall, Minn. was arrested for no insurance, OWI - 3rd offense, improper lane use, possession of a controlled substance - marijuana, open container and failure to stop at a stop sign at 6:20 p.m. May 1.

* Jason Paul Scott, 31, of Estherville was arrested for possession of a controlled substance - marijuana - second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:51 p.m. May 1.

* Brandon Michael Kinseth, 23, of Fort Dodge was arrested for OWI - first offense and open container at 5:22 p.m. May 2.

* Thomas Aaron Smith, 25, of Fort Dodge was arrested for boating while intoxicated at 5:22 p.m. May 2.
