UPDATED: Wahpeton break-in leads to kidnapping charges (Local News ~ 02/21/17)
The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office has released new information stemming from its assault, robbery and kidnapping investigation Monday night in Wahpeton. Authorities on Tuesday filed a series of felony charges on suspicion that 20-year-old Tanner Kent Meysenburg and 23-year-old Jordaen Rochelle Duhn broke into a Wahpeton apartment and and took a 19-year-old by force from his residence. The apartment shares the same address as the Kazarelli's at Miller's Bay restaurant.
