Well it did not take long for our produce vendors to get into the swing of things. The simple radish is grown by so many and yet there will be few to be found as the market nears closing time at noon. As expected we are seeing early lettuces and many pounds of spinach. The spring salads will be around for the next few weeks but the rhubarb will not. This week would be a good time to load up on some -- or better yet, let one of the fine bakers save you the work...
