Phoned-in tips helped investigators make arrests and file a series of theft and firearms charges, according to the Dickinson County Sheriff's Office. The agency on Sunday posted updated information about a string of burglaries in the areas of East Lake Okoboji, Center Lake and the city of Spirit Lake.
