O'Brien County 'Broken Arrow' arrests narrow down list of unnamed suspects

Big Spirit Lake has suffered an environmental disaster. Just east of Crandall's Beach, at the northwest corner of the lake, trees have been cut down and the entire lake shore bank excavated.
