On Aug. 24 at approximately 6:11 p.m., the Spirit Lake Police Department went to 606 Lake Street Apt. No. 8, reference a report of the aroma of burnt marijuana coming from the residence. A subsequent investigation ensued and a search of the residence revealed a green plant like material believed to be marijuana.
