Ritz faces Smokefree Air Act violation (05/21/09)
The Ritz Bar and Deli in Arnolds Park has become the third Lakes area business to be charged with violation the Iowa Smokefree Air act. An administrative hearing complaint was filed today (Thursday, May 21) with the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
