(July 5, 1948 - July 17, 2009) A Celebration of Life Service was held Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sioux City for Douglas "Doug" Addison Lewis, 61, of Sioux City, who passed away on July 17, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer. Abiding by his wishes, he passed away peacefully at home with his wife by his side.
