Jennifer Hoover and Jay Hernandez of Estherville are the proud parents of Cristian, Dickinson County's New Year's Baby. Cristian was born at Lakes Regional Healthcare (LRH) on January 3 at 6:49 pm weighing 7 pounds, 12 ounces and 20.75 inches in length. Cristian was also welcomed by his sisters, 2-year-old Aubri and 1-year-old Kiera.

Natalie Jo Lempiainen (11/25/09)
Ben and Tiffany Lempiainen of Owatonna, Minn. announce the birth of a daughter, Natalie Jo, born Oct. 19. She weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces. Paternal grandparents are Dan and Mary Lempiainen of Spirit Lake. Maternal grandparents and Dave and Monica Betts of DuBois, Pa. She is welcomed home by her big sister, Hannah, age 2.

Big brother, William, is proud to announce the birth of Adrian Dale Struthers born Oct. 4, 2009 at 4:25 p.m. He was born at RAF Lakenheath Hospital, England to parents Tom and Megan Struthers weighing in at 8 pounds and measuring 19 inches long.
