This weekend 5.29.09 -- 5.31.09

Barefoot Bar, tucked in on the lake side of Park's Marina this is a must hit stop on an Okoboji Weekend. Barefoot opened around 10 years ago and just keeps growing every year. The staff at barefoot is tops, all you have to do is let them know what you want.

Bracco's, is located on the lake side of Bridges Bay. Bracco's which last year and still has that "new" feeling to it. The sunsets are truly unique because of the location, looking west over hwy 71 bridge and a view of both East and West Lake, trying to describe it in words is futile. Bracco's also has a ton of "specialty drinks" just to try something different.

The Ritz, located on the cause way East & West Lake has been a strong hold of good times for going on 20 + years. The Ritz is unique because in the winter time it has that "small town" bar feel, but now that the deck and the upstairs is open, have your party hat on. Ritz Pizza is legendary, also watch out for the fish bowls.

Okoboji Boat Works, or OBW is located on Smith's Bay on West Lake Okoboji. Boat Works is a truly historical building. Family fun can be had on the beach and playground equipment there. Adult beverages are served on the world's largest ice shack. (Yes, I know we don't have any ice on the lake now, but stop by, see the photo's, you will get it.)
