Bang! Boom! POW! When I was growing up, I used to watch old Batman reruns featuring Adam West (who is the greatest mayor EVER, for those of you that watch Family Guy). Those words appearing on the screen let you know that Batman was beating Mr. Freeze or another contender into submission and I've always associated those words with him. Recently, I've met my own superhero that reminds me of them as well...

"Excuse me. Is this the Chamber of Commerce?" asks the friendly lady "Yes it is. What can we help you with?" was our response. "Well, I would like to make a complaint" With smiles on our faces our stomachs go in knots because complaints are never fun to handle and of course we want to make all of our visitors and residents happy...

I would like to preface this by saying that I am not a writer. In fact, I received a 'C' in my college Writing as Critical Thinking class (but who really wants to write eight papers from varying viewpoints on how Virginia Slims corrupted the slogan 'You've Come a Long Way, Baby' by preying on the equal rights of women? Um...no thanks.) I'm sure my parents were quite proud of that one. :)...
